End of October, handpicking from the tree, processing within 24 hours after the harvest in the farm’s oil press, through cold extraction. Bottling without filtration occurs after static decantation.

Our Turrioro is a top quality extravirgin olive oil and its superiority over common sold extra virgin olive oils it's so evident that anyone would be surprised. The raw cost that we have in the production of olives in our terroir is higher than the cost of the extravirgin olive oil common sold in a supermarket. Whole production of extra virgin olive oil of hight quality is very low relative to the bulk production and sale.
